Replacement parts are available directly through the factory. Parts should be purchased by calling the factory directly at 718-499-5600 Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM eastern time. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). If you do not have a credit card, we will give you the part numbers, total charges and you can mail us an order with a check or money order.
